There are two kinds of harmonicas:
The chromatic harmonica, with a sound close to the accordion. Toots Thielemans is the master of the jazz chomatic harmonica.
The diatonic harmonica, most frequently used in blues [Sonny Boy Williamson...], althought some use it in jazz, with an overblow technic, like Howard Levy.
